Klockner Steel Trade v. M/V Iolcos Legend, H-94-393 (SDTX - Houston Division) -- As first chair trial counsel, won a $900,000 judgment against ship and owner, upheld on appeal to the United States Court for the Fifth Circuit.

Pioneer v. EMO-Trans and Land-Air Express, 3-05-CV-0777W (NDTX - Dallas Division) -- As first chair trial counsel, won a $179,000 judgment against trucking company, appeal dismissed upon settlement.

Transportacion Especial Autorizada v. Seguros Comercial America, 978 S.W.2d 716 -- As primary trial and appellate counsel, successfully fought special appearance in suit against carrier for failure to deliver electronics into Mexico, position upheld on appeal to the United States Court for the Fifth Circuit. One of Texas’ “Most Cited Cases” for Special Appearance Law.
