Hill Rivkins Welcomes Jean Gardner and Marc Kunkin

It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Jean M. Gardner to the Hill Rivkins’ legal team commencing September 1, 2011. Ms. Gardner brings with her an extensive national practice in all lines of inland marine, marine, transportation and property insurance. Her range of experience includes first and third party commercial, inland and marine liability insurance coverage and defense, policy drafting and analysis, defense of insurers and insureds, and subrogation. Jean has built this practice over the course of 25 years with Schindel, Farman, Lipsius, Gardner & Rabinovich, LLP. She is a renowned expert in the many fields that comprise the inland marine markets, and her unparalleled reputation in these fields speaks volumes about her intelligence and enthusiasm for the business. Ms. Gardner will be joined at Hill Rivkins by her colleague Marc I. Kunkin, a graduate of the State University of New York Maritime College at Fort Schuyler. Marc has long experience in both the marine and inland marine legal markets, and has practiced together with Ms. Gardner since 2004.
